Refund policy

Gear purchased on Rushfaster can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in brand new condition, unused, with all original tags attached and, where applicable, returned in its original, undamaged packaging. We'll require photos of each item to confirm its condition before approving the return. Some products are excluded from our return policy, any product-specific return exclusions can be found on the product page.

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for the product you'd like instead, then return your original item for a refund.

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

For Australia and New Zealand orders

Customers returning international orders will need to cover the cost of return postage.

For EU orders

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union (EU), you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can withdraw from your purchase, subject to applicable laws and any relevant exclusions.
