EU Right of Withdrawal
As of June 19, 2026, customers in the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order. This allows them to cancel their purchase without providing a reason, subject to applicable laws and exclusions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period from the date your order arrived. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you'll have a further 14 days to return the item(s). You can also withdraw your order before it has been shipped by getting in touch with our Customer Support Team at care@teamrushfaster.com.au.
Submit a Withdrawal Request
To submit your withdrawal request, fill out this form. We’ll send you the confirmation and additional details within 24 hours. Your refund will be issued within 5-10 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect and handle the item(s) as you would in a physical retail store to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If the item has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection and this has reduced its value, we may apply a deduction to your refund to reflect the diminished value of the returned item.
Examples of use beyond inspection may include, but are not limited to:
- Using the bag for commuting, travel, hiking, or everyday carry.
- Returning an item with visible wear, stains, scratches, odors, or other signs of use.
- Returning an item with missing accessories, packaging, or tags where this affects its resale value.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund as soon as possible. Any applicable deduction for diminished value will be communicated to you before your refund is completed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
