What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use within the applicable warranty period.

Examples of issues that may be covered include:

  • Defective stitching
  • Faulty zippers, buckles, or hardware
  • Material defects
  • Construction or assembly issues that impact the product's intended use

Each warranty claim is carefully reviewed by our team to determine the most appropriate resolution.

What Is Not Covered

While we strive to build products that last, this warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal use over time or circumstances outside of manufacturing defects.

This includes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic marks, scuffs, or other damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from non-authorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
  • Lost or stolen items

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the fault or defect

We may request additional information to help assess the claim. We may also ask how you believe we could improve the product, as customer feedback helps us improve future releases.

Warranty Assessment & Replacement Process

Once your warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair or replacement of the affected item.

This warranty applies to products purchased through our official sales channels and is available to customers in both Australia and internationally.

For approved warranty claims within Australia, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when the item needs to be returned for assessment.

For international warranty claims, return shipping fees may apply. If a return is required, our team will discuss any applicable costs with you before proceeding so there are no surprises along the way.

We understand that international returns can be more complicated and costly, and wherever possible, we'll work with you to find the most practical and cost-effective solution based on the product, the nature of the issue, and your location.
